Meet Abby Webb
Abby Webb
Hello, my name is Abby Webb! People seek counseling for a wide variety of reasons, and I want you to know you are not alone. Counseling is a collaborative process that can lead to self-exploration, hope, self-confidence, and growth. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where both children and adults are able to work through feelings, experiences, and issues, to arise more resilient and better equipped with new coping skills.
Working from a person-centered theoretical approach, I provide play therapy to children as young as 3 years old and individual therapy tailored to adolescents and adults. Some areas of focus include, anxiety, behavioral issues, depression, emotional disturbances, self-esteem, relationship growth, boundaries, familial transitions and conflict, grief, parenting needs, and abuse. Counseling services are tailored to meet each individual’s unique needs. I believe in a potential for change in each clients’ life that will lead to a fulfilling life, and it is my hope that you are able to become empowered in your own strengths as you walk through your journey of life.
