Children

Children can benefit from Play Therapy when they experience life challenges such as family dynamic changes, medical trauma, and developmental delays. Some signs that your child may benefit from play therapy are behavioral issues, complaining of stomach aches, and noticing developmental regressive behavior. We offer Play Therapy for children as young as 2 year old.

Adolescents

Adolescents begins in middle school years and continues till about 19 years old. This time brings a slew of challenges with changing hormones, peer struggles, emotion dysregulation, low self-esteem, and for some, eating disorders, self harm, and bullying. At Lotus, we have several counselors equipped to support your teen in their unique stage of life.

Couples

Couples therapy is a great tool when your relationship needs support. Some couples seek therapy to better understand one another, grow in communication skills, and work through life’s challenges. Couples therapy is great if you are needing a little “tune up” where you and your partner are looking to strengthen your relationship. Couples therapy is also for those in a crisis where your relationship may have been struggling for a while.

Meet Zeke!

Zeke is an Emotional Support Animal.

He is a 13lb, docile, hypoallergenic, non-shedding, Mini Schnauzer.

You’ll see him around the office greeting people to better add to your therapeutic experience.

He is Auriel and Trent’s pup.

Meet Ollie!

Ollie is a Therapy Dog in Training.

He is a docile, hypoallergenic, non-shedding, Standard Poodle.

He attends therapy sessions with Genevieve Ingraldi, RN, Counseling Intern. Genevieve has been training therapy dogs for years and has brought her previous therapy dogs to nursing homes and hospitals.
