MS, PLPC
“The unexamined life is not worth living.” – Socrates. When examining your own life, you may notice areas that you aren’t satisfied with. Whether you struggle with relationship issues, anxiety, insecurities, or life transitions that have left you feeling lost, it may be time to make a change. As a PLPC, helping you determine what change is needed and how you can make it happen is the focus of my work. I recognize that the change process is a difficult one which is why I am committed to being a source of support, trust, and compassion as you take this journey, while still challenging you to keep pushing forward.
Maintaining this action-oriented style, I utilize an integrative approach to help each of my clients make movement towards their goals. I mainly rely on systemic and cognitive-behavioral perspectives but adjust as necessary based on my clients’ needs. I specialize in working with adults, couples, and families, but have experience with children, as well.
Richness and fulfillment can be found when you take responsibility for your life and start living in alignment with your goals and values! Getting there can be difficult, but I am here to help. I am now accepting new clients and look forward to working with you!
