Hello, my name is Tracy Bijeaux. My desire is to see individuals, couples, and families reach their full potential. I will provide a safe non-judgmental place of rest as you explore and grow. We will work together as a team, working toward the goals you set. I believe it is important to set measurable goals and routinely check in to make sure we are moving in the direction of set goals. My areas of focus are working with couples, families, first responders, and individual adults experiencing trauma, relationship struggles, grief, depression, anxiety, and life challenges with chronic illness/pain and cancer.

I studied and earned my MA from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. I offer evidenced based trauma therapy such as EMDR therapy, Gottman couples therapy, Sandtray therapy and Prepare & Enrich. Working from a family systems lens, I believe any change in one part of the system effects the whole. As a cancer survivor and a Physical Therapist Assistant of 24 years, I have found it a privilege to walk alongside individuals and families with medical diagnoses which brought change into their lives. At times these changes can be difficult to navigate alone.

It is my hope for you to find a place of safety which allows you the opportunity to discuss openly those things concerning you the most. I will walk beside you as you seek healing and growth. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask.
